Therefore we decided to offer a 10-year warranty for all our products against manufacture defects or failure while in use. We will try our best to fix it and restore the performance and replace the item once for free if necessary.

If you accidentally damage your Asgard Outdoor gear, please let us know. we will be happy to help. We will try to fix it for free, and only charge a very reasonable labor and material fee if necessary.

What We Do Not Cover

• Normal wear-and-tear, including damage that occurs due to normal aging of gears.

• Cosmetic wear unrelated to function or safety, such as loose threads, scuffs, or stains.

• Misuse such as water damage of electronic parts.

• UV Damage is caused by leaving the product out in the elements, instead of packing after each use as recommended.

• Accidents that are not caused by the integrity of the product, such as rips and tears caused by animals or sharp objects or burns from fire embers or cigarettes.

• modification of the product to change the functionality, or not used for its intended purpose.
