We process all orders within one business day after receiving the order, so that you will be on trails sooner. For friends in the United States; you might expect to receive your package 3-4 days after the order is placed.

STANDARD SHIPPING METHODS

• Standard Shipping start at ($7.99) for orders less than $49.

• Free Shipping for orders of $49 or more.

• We will choose UPS Ground, USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or FedEx Ground based on your product and shipping address.

Order Tracking

When an item from your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking number that enables you to track the progress of the packages from our warehouse to the address you specified. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your order tracking information is available from the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped to you from our warehouse, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 24 hours.

Also, you can enter the order page according to your registered account to check your order and get the tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Your International shipping rates and options for carriers will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a wide variety of carrier options.

We ship from the United States, therefore you might need to pay import duty for delivery outside of the United States.

Customers are responsible for their country’s duties and taxes.*
*If you do not collect it from customs, the customs fees and return shipping are billed back to us and be deducted from your refund.
